DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the Third National Summit on Racism in Nursing and Health Care will be held on November 20 & 21\, 2024\, 12-4 pm ET. \n   \nThe summit\, hosted by the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA)\, will be a pivotal gathering aimed at addressing systemic racism within the nursing profession and health-care sector. The first and second summits provided a meaningful and supportive environment for the facilitation of anti-racism dialogue amongst nurses and partners from diverse backgrounds. \n   \nBuilding on the previous two summits\, this year’s summit promises to be an engaging event\, fostering important dialogue on accountability and systemic change in various levels of nursing practice\, education\, and policy. The theme of the summit is Changing Lives. Shaping Tomorrow. \n   \nFurther details\, including the agenda\, speakers\, and registration information\, can be found on the CNA website.
