Dr. Melissa Snider-Adler is a board-certified Addiction Medicine physician and Medical Review Officer with extensive expertise in workplace substance use, impairment assessment, and drug testing interpretation. She serves as Chief Medical Review Officer at DriverCheck Inc., is a coauthor of the 2025 OEMAC Cannabis Position Statement, a subject matter expert for the COAA Canadian Model, and a board member of MROCC. Dr. Snider-Adler is also the subject matter expert behind the Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program (ASAP) and a leading voice in developing education and policy solutions for safety-sensitive workplaces. She has provided expert testimony in hundreds of legal proceedings and is a sought-after international speaker on substance use disorders, cannabis, substance use and the workplace, drug testing and fitness for duty.
