Description:  Occupational health nurses (OHNs) work to deliver a variety of healthcare services in employment settings. An OHN has unique additional aspects to consider within their practice, including various applicable laws that relate to topics such as occupational health and safety, Human Rights, and privacy. This webinar will help nurses understand basic liability considerations as they relate to the OHN scope of practice and will also review some of the common questions CNPS has received from OHNs over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.
