Join a committee.
Education Committee – Create and implement education and learning opportunities. (Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per session, 3-4 sessions per year, 1-2 sessions for 2026)
Audit Committee – Review accounting and bank entries for accuracy and validity. (Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per year)
Membership Committee – Drive national membership and help build brand and awareness campaigns. (Time Commitment: 5-10 hours for 2026)
Become a member of the Board.
Secretary – Work with the administrator to maintain records, and coordinate standards, documents, and communications for the organization.
Treasurer – Work with the administrator on tasks related to financial transactions and records.
Director at Large – Work with the board to shape the new organizational structure and guide the association forward.
Board positions will be in effect until the next AGM in June 2027
The Board meets for 1-2 hours each month.
Be engaged.
Ask questions. Make suggestions. Interact with social media posts. Share content. Attend education sessions. Speak at an education session.
