The “Canadian Nursing Workforce Retention Study” led by Professor Linda McGillis Hall, Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto as well as Professor Sheri Price, Dalhousie University, Associate Professor Michelle Lalonde, University of Ottawa, and Assistant Professor Sanja Visekruna, McMaster University is currently underway. The study, funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, is looking for nurses and personal support workers to share their current experiences working in different health care work environments in Canada as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic.
